Big City, formerly know as Xinkala, is the capital city of Onorhant. The arcs Romance of the Four Clans, The Gods Are Gone, Everything Is On Fire, Liquor and Spirits and BIG WAR mainly take place here.
The name of the city was changed to "Big City" by Ashe in episode 149.
The City[]
Big City was the headquarters of the three clans of Onorhant before the dissolution of the three clans at the conclusion of the BIG WAR arc. Said clans were responsible for running the city as a whole. Now the city is managed and run by the new guild system, headed by the Gold Guild led by Moren. Inien also lived in the city for a time after surviving the explosion of the Coven of Dusk.
The city is mainly built on the foot of a mountain. Moren's Artifacts and Atrocities, Darn Straight as well as The Punchdome are located in this area, along with the inn the main characters stayed at during their time in the city and the city markets where Rat could be found peddling his (INCREDIBLY CURSED!) wares. Further up the mountain is The Fork, the area where the territories of the clans meet.
The city was damaged extensively by Narn in their attack in Everything Is On Fire but managed to bounce back quickly, to the point where rebuilding was complete by the outbreak of the Big War.
Each of the clans had their own headquarters in the city, branching off from The Fork:
The Gardens[]
The Lily Clan used to be located inside a massive garden, that leads up the side of the mountain. The area is covered in flowers and greenery, as well as dotted with pools and at least one waterfall which the Waterfall Warrior (a replica of Markus) trained under. At the top of the gardens is The Rise, a reflecting pool where Zeke would often be found. The group, along with Narn and Zalvetta, fought Xin on The Rise at the conclusion of the Big War.
The Tunnels[]
The Gold Clan based themselves in the tunnels in the side of the mountain. Not much has been seen of the tunnels beside a lobby of sorts, and the area where Dao the Digger addressed the trial goers in the Romance of the Four Clans.
The Forge[]
The Valor Clan (formerly Rust Clan) headquarters was made almost entirely of metal, and located at the backside of the plateau. The clan had a training area called The Knuckle, where the members could train and grow stronger, and was also where Kyrlos' office used to be located.
